The intervention of noise into images during data acquisition and transmission is inevitable. Hence, the denoising such affected essential in order to have effective image analysis where it needs filtering. Gabor filter widely adapted various processing applications for feature extraction, texture analysis, pattern etc. Gabor-based filtering technique adopted work aimed extract edges. design a low-power portable system deploys hardware accelerators achieve high performance per watt extraction edge detection.
